NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS i Notice is hereby given that a suit was instituted in the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, on the 13th day of May, 1977, by the above-named Plaintiff, against the above-named Defendants, involving the following- described real property, lying and being in St. Lucie County, ; Florida, to-wit: ' _ ~ All that~certain portion of the North 4.835 chain of the South 12.165 chain of government Lot 3, Section 18, . Township 36 South, Range 41 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, . bounded and described as follows: . i Beginning at a point north 802.89 feet from the line I dividing government Lots 3 and 4 of Range 41 East along the ~ westerly boundary line of the lands herein described; thence ( in an easterly directiQn a distance of 1640 feet, more or ~ less, to the westerly line of the right-of-way to the Florida East Coast Railway Co., said point being the point of beginning; ~ thence continuing in an easterly direction along the aforesaid line and through the right-of-way to the FEC a distance of , 730 feet, more or less, to a point (said point being described as 722.27 feet on a survey of A.G.
