THIS CAUSE coming on this day to be heard upon the
Petition For Appointment as Guardian of the person and property
of ALBERT J. SCHOONMAKER, filed herein by NELSON A. NEELY, and the ,
Court having determined that ALBERT J. SCHOONMAKER is 80 years
of age and is incompetent due to mental disability due to ad-
vanced age, and physical and mental incapacitating illness, and
the Court having further examined the contents of the verified
Petition For Appointment Of Guardian as filed herein and having
determined that no material facts have been concealed, that the
allegation of the Petition are true, that the Petitioner, NELSON
A-. NEELY, is a fit and proper person to be appointed as the.
Guardian of the person and property of ALBERT J. SCHOONMAKER; it
is therefore
i ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that NELSON A. NEELY, is hereby

° appointed as Guardian of the person and property of ALBERT J.

~ SCHOONMAKER, Incompetent, and that upon him filing the required

oath, if any there be, Letters Of Guardianship shall issue to
the said NELSON A. NEELY, upon posting bond in the amount of
$6,000.00.
