Notice is hereby given that a suit was instituted in the
above-named Court on the 13th day of May, 1977, by the
above-named Plaintiffs against the above-named Defendants,
involving that certain lot, parcel, or piece of land lying,
being and situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, and more
' particularly described as follows:
