MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGREEMENT '
THIS AGREEMENT, made this day of April, 1977, by
MICHAEL L. THOMAS, as Trustee, hereinafter called "Mortgaqor";
and ARTHUR B. HANSEN and GUDRUN HANSEN, his wife, hereinafter
called collectively, "Mortgagee";
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, the Mortgagor is the owner in fee simple of that
real property located_in St._Lucie County, Flotida, more particularly
described as:
The West half of the Norteast Quarter of
Section 23, Township 34 South, Range 39 East.
St. Lucie County, Florida, less (a) the North
230 feet, and less (b) a parcel described as:
From the NW corner of the NE 1/4 Section 23,
Township 34 South, Range 39 East, run East
along the Section line 60 feet; thence run
South parallel with the West line of said NE 1/4
641 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence
continue South 275 feet, thence run East paral-
lel with the North line of said Section 270 feet;
thence run North 275 feet, thence run West 270
feet to the point of Beginning.
WHEREAS, the Mortgagee is the owner and holder of a certain
Mortgage and Note, which said Mortgage is dated 31 December 1975,
recorded 9 February 1976, in Official Records Book 248, Page 1612
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, on which there
is presently due and owing the aggregate principal sum of One
Hundred Sixty-Two Thousand Four Hundred Twelve and 50/100 Dollars
($162,412.50~ with in~terest thereon due since 1 Agril 1976, and
WHEREAS, the Mortgagor and Mortgagee have agreed to extend
the interest payment due un8er that Note secured by the Mortgage :

referred to hereinabove, and to otherwise modify the terms, con-
. ditions and covenants of the Mortgage and Note.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of Ten DolZars ($10.00) and
other good and valuable consideration, Mortgagor and Mortgagee ~
