HomeMy WebLinkAbout0927 therein is exactly One Hundred Sixty-Two Thousand Four Hundred ~ Twelve and 50/100 Dollars ($162,412.50); that interest is owing ' on said Note from and after 1 April 1976j that the Mortgagor shall forthwith pay to Mortgaqee one-half (1/2) the interest payment due on 1 April 1977 which sum.is Seven Thousand One Hundred Six Dollars ~t ($7,106.00); that Mortgaqee aqrees to add to the presently out- standing principal balance the remainder of the interest payment ; due on 1 April 197'7, the swa of Seven Thousand One Hundred Five ~ .and 09/100 Dollars ($7,105.09); therefore, the remaining outstand- ~ ing principal balance under the Note and Mortgage shall now be One Hundred Sixty-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Seventeen and 59/100 ; , Dollars ($169,517.59). i 2.
