on said Note from and after 1 April 1976j that the Mortgagor shall
forthwith pay to Mortgaqee one-half (1/2) the interest payment due
on 1 April 1977 which sum.is Seven Thousand One Hundred Six Dollars ~t
($7,106.00); that Mortgaqee aqrees to add to the presently out-
standing principal balance the remainder of the interest payment

due on 1 April 197'7, the swa of Seven Thousand One Hundred Five ~
.and 09/100 Dollars ($7,105.09); therefore, the remaining outstand-

ing principal balance under the Note and Mortgage shall now be
One Hundred Sixty-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Seventeen and 59/100 ;

Dollars ($169,517.59). i
2. Mortgagor acknowledges that at the tiune of the execution ~
of this Agreement, the Mortgagor has no defenses, offsets, or

counterclaims to said Note and Mortgage.
~ 3. _ All other terms, conditions and covenants under said
original Note and Mortgage, not in conflict with this Mortgage -
Modification Agreement are hereby ratified and confirmed. :
