Florida TOGETHER WITH all fixtures and all
buildings, iroprovements, irrigation and drainage
equipment located on the premises. together
with all the reversions, remainders, ways,
easements, servitudes, streets, passages, rights,
privileges, lands, tenements, hereditaments and
~ appurtenances~thereto belonging or in anywise
appertaining, including specifically and not by ~
~ way of limitation, all water, riparign,-;
irrigation and drainage rights, and oil, gas
and mineral rights and royalties, and also all ~
crops now growing and hereafter growing on the

Turbine, serial no. DPT15495 with 100 horsepower .

electric motor; 792 model 8600G Buckner sprinklers, ~
Haaze Regulators;-a~l PCV pipe and necessary ~
fittings, concrete anchors and all connecting ~
- fittings, and aZl necessary gate valves and control - ;
valves; .
ALSO, all that right, title and interest in and to
income and profits from the 1975-1976 fruit crop,
the 1976-1977 fruit crop and the 1977-1978 fruit ~
crop and all fruit thereafter grown upon the premises.
ALSO, a21 of Grantor's right, title and in'terest in
the Florida Maid Drainage and Irrigation Association.
