claim a lien in favor of the State of Fiorlda and the ~

perty presently owned or hereafter acquired by

as a result of the County Court of said County having
entered'its Order Determining Reasonable Value of Public De-
fender Services and Costs of Court on December 21 ,1976

as appear in Case no. 76-892FM wherein the State of
Florida was Plaintiff and LIHDA CAROL BRANDON
was defendant and said defendant having failed to pay the said
sum as ordered, and Execution having been issued thereon.
