DECLARATION OF PARTY FACILITIES~

THIS DECLARATION OF PARTY FACILITIES, by and between
HARRIS CONSTRUCTTON CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, herein-
after referred to as "Owner", and The Public, is to evidence the
followinq:
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, Owner owns in fee simple the following described
real property, situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to-wit: ~
~ TRACT I:
Lot 7, Block 3, JELLISON SUBDIVISION, as per plat
thereof on file in Plat Book 4, page 37 , of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
TRACT II:
Lots 2 and 4, Block 11, SUNNY ACRES SUBDIVISION, as
per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 8, page 25,
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida
and
WHEREAS, Owner has constructed upon each of the aforesaid
Tracts duplex structures composed of two single-family dwellings
f connected by a common wall and serviced by a comm~n sewage line;
~ and

~ WHEREAS, each such single-family dwelling is designed to
~ be owned and occupied solely by a single family living independently
of all others ; and
WHEREAS, each such single-family dwelling will share a common
wall and a commQn sewage line with the adjacent dwelling; and
WHEREAS, each such common wall is located on a line
determined by survey, d`ividing each of the aforesaid Tracts I
~ and II into two separate, distinct and approximately equal parcels,

said lines being more particularly described as the line separating
the parcels hereinafter described in Schedule A attached hereto
and by this reference made a part hereof; and ~
