Ueclaration oE Candominiu;n as to tl~e coiidominiucci in which his unit

tlierein), the By-Laws of the Association, Articles of Incorporation,
th~ Rules and Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, copy
of sales brochure and floor plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, ~
and all Amendments to the aforesaid Declaration and ~xhibits and the
Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws znd Declar~tion of Covenants and -
Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association; and Purchaser
further acknowledges receipt of ai~d reading and examination of said _
Declaration, its Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan,
and acknowledges that each and every provision of the foregoing is ~ ~
essential to the successful operation and management of the Condo- ~
minium property and is in the best interests and for the benef it ~f .i
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the
aforedescribed Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and ~
every provision of said Declaration o~ Condominium and E~:hibits
attached thereto.' Purchaser hereby ratities and confirms and approves E
a11~of the terms and nrovisions of said Declaration of Condominium =
and ~xhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under ~
the Property Owners' Association documents referred to above and the ~
provisions thereof are rsasonable, fair and equitable, and said Pur-
chas~r acknowledges and conf irns that the Declar~tion c~f Covenants `
and Restrictions of the Property Otianers' Association has encumbered :
