Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services for leave to ~ntervene
in L-his case and the Court having found that al.l parties were properly
put on notice and having heard arguments presented and co?~.sidered the
evidence and testimony; ~he Court f inds that the movant Department of
Health and Rehabilitative Services has an-interest in this cause,
to-wit, child support money and enforcement thereof, it is
ORDERED A?~'D ADJUDGED that the Department of Nealtr. and
Rehabilitative Services shall be and it is hereby granted leave to
intervene in this cause in matters limited to child support money and
enforcement thereof ; it is further,
