ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk o£ th is Court shall
nnd he is hereby ordered to continue to transmit support payments
rcceived from the responsible parent to the Departmen~ of Nealth
and Rehabilitative Services until further order of i:his Court to
the contrary or receipt of Notice to Discontinue payments from the
Department oF I;ealth and Rehabilitative Services, in which event
the support payments shall thereaf ter be directed and payab2eY
to the person having custody o£ the child(ren); it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that alL money orders, cashiers
checks and accountings shall bear the name and Social Security
number of the responsible parent. The payment shall be made payable ;
to the CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT~ and sent to: ~
