ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of tfi is Court shall
and he is hereby ordered to continue to transmit support payments
received from the responsible parent to the Departmen~ of Health
and Rehabilitative Services until further order of this Court ~o
the con.trary or receipt of Notice to Discontinue Payments £rom the
Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in which event ~

the support payments shall thereafter be directed and payable t

to the person having custody o~ the child(ren); it is further "
ORDERED AND AUJUDGED that•all money orders, cashi.ers
checks and accountings shall bear the name and Soci.al Security
numbcr of the responsible parent. The payt~ent shall be made payable ~
