THIS WARRANTY DEED made the 24th day of Ma , 1977.
by ROBERTM. CHAPPELL, BURNEY CHfAPPELL;~`NOH1P . and
CANDOR H06IERY MILLS, INC. , a North Carolina corporation, hereinafter
called the Grantors, to JAMES P. CONDAKES as to an undivided one-half interest
and EAST COAST PACKERS, INC. , as to an undivided one-half intereat, whose
Post Office Address is P. O. Box 1059, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, herein-
after called the Grantees:
WITNESSETH: That the Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum
of $10. 00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise. release, convey and confirm unto the
Grantees, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County. Florida. viz:
The South one-half (SZ) of Section 30, Township 36 South,
Range 38 East, LESS AND EXCEPT the West 125 feet there-
of for canal of South Florida Water Conservation District.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywiee appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO I30LD, the same in fee simple forever. -
AND the Gra~tors hereby covenant with said Grantees that the Grantors
are lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that the Grantors have good right
and lawful authority to sell and convey said land; that the Grantors hereby fully ~
warrant the title to said land and will defend the same against the_lawful claims
of all persons whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances,
except taxes accruing subsequent to December 31, 1976.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the natural parties hereto have set their hands
and seals and the corporate party has caused th~$e pres~ents to be e~eCUted in
its corporate name by its officer duly authorized and its corporate seal to be
affixed and attested by ita~ secretary all on the day and year first above written.
