described in the Deed mentioned above and that the deponent. in
offering to execute the Deed to the Grantee and in executing the
Deed was not acting under any duress, undue influence, mis-
apprehension or misrepresentation by the Grantee in the Deed,
or the agent or attorney of any other representative of the
Grantee in the Deed, and that it was the intention of this
deponent as Grantor in the Deed to convey and by the Deed this
deponent does convey to the Grantee all her right, title and
interest absolutely in and to the premiaes described in the
deed.
This Affidavit is made for the protection and benefit of

interest in the property described in the deed, and shall bind
