and take acknowledgments, ANNA J. HURST, who, after bei~ sworn,
deposes and says:

praperty: -

the West 40 feet of Lots 13 and 14, Block
9, ST. JAMES PARR, a Subdivision as per
plat thereof on file in Plat Book 5,
Page 58, of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; SUBJECT to a _
reservation for utility lines over the
North 8 feet of above described premises.
2. That there are no mechanics' liens against the
premises, and no claims for labor, services or materials furnished
for improving the premises that remain unpaid to date, and that no
work has been done nor~materials furnished, bills for which remain
~ unpaid.
~ 3. That the property is unencumbered by the Iien of any
~ judgment, writ or attachment, income tax or intangible property tax
~ made or suffered b the affiant.
