From the intersection of the Easterly right-of-way line of US
Highway #1 as naw located with the South line of Lot 2 of the
Subdivision of the Russell Estate as per plat of said subdivision
of file in Plat Book 1, page 186, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida. Run Northwesterly along the said right-of-way
line 20.13 feet to an iron pipe marking the Point of Beginning
of the parcel to be herein described; thence continue Northwesterly
along said right-of-way line 143.87 feet to a concrete monument
marking the South line of Tract A of the Taylor Subdivision as
filed in Plat Book 9, page 12, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida; thence continue Northwesterly along said right-of-way
line 14.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence run East and parallel
to the South line of said Tract A 383 feet to an iron pipe; thence
run Southeasterly and parallel to the East right-af-way line of ~
US Highway #l, 157.87 feet to an iron pipe; thence run Westerly
along the Nort~,i line of the South 20 feet of Lot 2 of said Russell
Subdivision 383 feet to the Point of Beginning. Containing 1.380
acres more or less.
