was recorded in Official Records Book 222 at paqe 197 and
re-recorded in Official Records Book 223 at page 2765 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, on the 9th day of October, 1975, Borrower
borrowed an additional $135,000.00 from Lender and executed
and delivered to Lender its promissory note ~or said amount ~
bearing interest at the rate of eight and one-half percent
(8 1/2$) per annum, and payable in one hundred and twenty
(120) conse~utive monthly installments of $1,673.83 each, •
com~aencing January 25, 1976; and
~ WHEREAS, the indebtedness evidenced by the a~orementioned~
$135,000.00 promissory note is secured by a second mortgage
on the above described real property from Borrowe~ to Lender
• dated October 9, 1975 and recorded in Official Records Book
244 at page 2040 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida; and
WHEREAS, on the 12th day of January, 1977, Borrower
j borrowed an additional $81,707.00 from Lender and executed
~ and delivered to Lender its promissory note for said amount
~ bearinq interest at the rate of eight and one-half percent

~ (8 1/2$) per annum, and payable on demand; and
WHEREAS, the indebtedness evidenced by~the aforementioned
$81,707.00 promissory note is secured by a third mortgage on
the above described real property from Borrower to Lender
dated January 12, 1977 and recorded in Official Recor~s Book
262 at page 1689 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida; and

~ WHEREAS, Borrower is the present owner of the above-

~ deScribed real property; and
WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to modify the terms
of payment of the indebtedness evidenced by the aforementioned
promissory notes of Borrower;
