of Borrower.
5) Except as hereby modified, all other terms and
conditions'of the aforementioned promissory notes and
mortgaqes are hereby ratified, confirmed and approved.
6) Nothing contained herein shall be construed to
impair the security of Lender under the aforesaid mortgages,
as hereby consolidated.
7) This aqreement shall be binding upon the parties
hereto and their successors and assigns.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed
this Agreement in duplicate, each of which shall be
considered an original, on the day and year first above ~
