The undersigned, quarantors under that certain Guaranty
Agreement (which Aqreement is hereby ratified, confirmed and
approved) given~to the Sun Bank of St. Lucie County, on
January 13, 1977, to induce said bank to lend money to B&
B Machine Shop, Inc., hereby consent to this mortgage
modification agreement and join in the execution thereof for
the purpose pf confirming their responsibilities under said
quaranty agreement as extending to the obliqations of B~ 3
Machine Shop, Inc., under the aforementioned prontissory
notes and mortgages as hereby modified.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have hereunto set
their hands and seals on this 31st day of Max., 1977.
