FINAL JUDC~MENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 18th day of May, 1977~and the Conrt ~
havinq given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines:
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit;
that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and the ~
marriaqe between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The marriage between JOHN BUTT RIDDLEMOSER and SUZANNE L. -
RIDDLEMOSER be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of

them are hereby forever freed front the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing ~
between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. Custody of AMY MARIE RIDDLEMOSER, minor child of the parties, is
hereby awarded to SUZANNE L. RIDDLEMOSER, with reasonable visitation rights
reserved to JOHN Bt)TT RIDDLEMOSER.
3. The furnituze and furnishings now located in the marital dwelling
at 409 N. E. Camelot Drive, Port St. Lucie, St. Lucie County, Florida are the
sole and exclusive property of the Wife, except for tw~o couches, one refrigerator,
one set•of twin beds, which shall be jointly owned by the Husband and Wife but
which shall remain in the ~narital dwelling in the exclusive possession of the
Wife.
