- 4. The Wife shall have the exclusive possession and control of the
marital home located at 409 N. E. Camelot Drive, Port St. Lucie, Florida for
the use of the Wife and minor child of the parties hereto until said minor
child reaches her majority, marries, dies or becomes self-supportinq, whichever
event first occurs. During said period of time until the minor child reaches
her majority or is otherwise emancipated or completes her education at a school
of higher learninq in which she is currently enrolled, neither party shall
encumber or dispose of his or her interest in the marital dwellinq or seek
partition.
5. The Husband shall pay the real property taxes on the marita~ -
dwellinq and land located at 409 N. E. Camelot Drive, Port St. Lucie, Florida
when the same become due and before they become delinquent. The Wife shall
pay the premium for insurance on the said dwelling when the same becomes due
and before it becomes delinquent. ~
6. The Wife shall have possession of and title to the 1973 Mazda
Stationwagon, I.D. ~kS124W145065, Title No. 11510958, and the Husband shall
execute the appropriate instruments to transfer his interest in said auto-
; mobile to the Wife. In the event the Husband fails to execute such instruments

~ transferring his interest in said Station Wagon to the Wife within two days of

this Judgment, then in that event this Judgment shall act as a transfer of the

~ Husband's interest in and to said 1973 Mazda Stationwaqon above described,

including the license plate, to the Wife.
7. The Husband shall have possession of and title to the 1971 Cadillac
automobile and the Wife shall execute the appropriate instruments to transfer
her interest in said automobile to the Husband. In the event the Wife fails
to execute such instruments transferring her interest in said 1971 Cadillac

~ automobile to the Husband within twoo days of this Judgment, then in that event

~ this Judgment shall act as a transfer of the Wife's interest in and to said 1971
~

~ Cadillac automobile.
