The Wife shall be entitled to have and receive the payment by . Social Security now being received by her under the Husband's disabi~ity. 10. Commencing Monday, May 23, 197~ JOHN BUTT RIDDLEMOSER shall pay - to SUZANNB L. RIDDLEMOSER the sum of $22.50 each and every week for the support of the minor child named above until said minor child reaches the age of 18 years, marries, becomes self-supporting or dies, whichever event first occurs. In addition, the minor child is entit2ed to and shall recefve the social security benefit payments now being paid to the Husband for the use and , benefit of the minor child. ~ All payments foz the support of the minor child and rehabili- tative alimony to the Wife shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to Si3ZANNE L. RIDDLEMOSER. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of 51.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. Al,l payments shall be made in cash, m~ney order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ardered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this order is in effect. The residence and mailinq address of SUZANNE L. RIDDLEMOSER is 409 N. E. Camelot Drive, Port St. Lucie, Florida 33452. 11. All other personal property now in the name of either of the parties hereto shall remain in the name of that party and shall be the sole w property of that party. 12. The Court finds that the Wife does not have a special equity in the Husband's interest in the marital home located at 409 N. E. Camelot Drive, Port St. Lucie, Florida. 13. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained from inter- fering with, harassinq, using physical violence on or annoying the other. All and sinqular the S}:eriffs of the State of Florida are directed to render such assistance to either party as may be necessary to insure the other party's comp2iance with the terms of this paraqraph without further order of this Court.
