BOND TO TRANSFEA LIEN
[Pursuant to Florida 3tatutes Chapter 713.24(1)(b)]
KNOW ALL MEN BY THTs3S PRESENTS;
That HOWARD ARONSON, as Principal, and AETNA LIF~ AND
CA3UALTY QO., as Surety, are held and firmly bound unto CHARLT3
WYATT SDGELL, Lienor, in the sum of $ 808.00 to be paid such
Lienor, his successors or assigns, for the payment of which we,
the Principal and Surety, do bind ourselves and our successors
and assigns, respectively, 3ointly and severally by these presents.

The condition of this obligation is such that Whereas,
on the 3].st day of March, 1977, the above-named Lienor filed in
the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the 19th Judicial
Circuit, in and for St. Lucie County, under Clerk's File Number
361763, a Claim of Li~en in the sum of $600.00 against real property
owned and held as described in said Claim of Lien, and situated
in St. Lucie County, Florida. See legal description on attached
sheet made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the above-named Principal desires to discharge
said Claim of Lien pursuant to the provisions of Florida Statutes,
Chapter 713.23(1)(b) [I~echanics' Lien Law] by. the giving of this
~ Bond effectuating the transfer of the aforesaid lien to this Bond.

~ NOW, THEREFORE, the condition of this obligation is such

that if the above-named Principal, his successors and assigns
shall pay any Judgment or Decree for the satisfaction of the lien
for which such Claim of Lien was recorded, then this obligation
is to be void; otherwise, to remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their
hn.lds and seals this day of May, 1977.
