(22) Notices given hereunder shall be sent by certified mail, unleu otherwise required by law, addressed, unless and until
some other address is designated in a notice so given, in the use of the Government to Farmers Home Admini:cration. United
States Department of Agriculture, at Gainesville, Florida 32601, and in the case of Bcrrower to him at his post office address
stated above.
(231 ~ROwer will at all tima properly fertilize, cultivate, care for, and maintain in a productive condition all the grove
and orchard trees now on the propertr or hereafter planted thereon, and will protect the groves and orchards ay,ainst loss or
damage by fue by making and maintainiag propet fuebreaks on and around the property, to the satisEaction of the Go~ernment,
and in the event Borrower fails so to do, the Government is hereby authorized and empowered to enter in and upon the
premises and to fe~tilize, cultivate, care for, and place in a productive condition the grovu and orchards and make and maintain
fuebrc~ks on and around the same and the cost and expense thereof shall be paid by Bonower immediately upon presentation
of an itemized statement thereof and if not so paid same may be paid by the Governmeht, in accordance with and subject to
che provisions of this mortgage; and Borrower will not top-work ths grove ar orchard trees without fust obtaining the written
consent of the Govecnment.
(24) If any provision of this insuument or application thereof to any person or circumstances u held invalid, such
inv~lidity will not affect other provisions or applications of the instrument which can be given effect without the invalid
provision or application, and to that end the provisions hereof are declared to be sevcnble.
