PURVIS and CANDOR H05IERY MILLS, INC. , of the City of Candor, in the County of Montgomery and State of North Carolina, of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollara,and other good and valuable considerations, lawful money of the United States. to them paid by JAMES P. CONDAKES, a8 to a 1/2 interest and EAST COAST PACKERS, INC. . as to an undivided one-half interest of the second part, the receipt whereof ia hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained, gold, transferred and delivered, ar,d by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, transfer and deliver unto the said parties of the second part, their heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns, the following goods and chattels; All movable irrigation and drainage equipment, all cultivating equipment including but not limited to speed eprayer, three tractors, mowers, tank, pumps, motors, engines which are sit- uate upon and used in connection with the cultivation of the citrus grove growing on the South 1/2 of Section 30, Township 36 South, Range 38 East, in St. Lucie County, Florida, together with the remainder of the citrus crop (or the proceeds thereof) as of March 1 1977. AND ALSO the citrus crop now in being from the bloom in the Spring of 19?7. TO HAVE AND TQ HOLD the same unto the said parties of the second part, their heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns forever.
