A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF (

ADOPTING THE FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL F~
SOUTH HUTCHINSON ISLAND REGIONAL WAST}
MANAGEMENT SYSTEM - NORTH DISTRICT MUI
SERVICES BENEFIT UNIT AND CREDITIb
ASSESSED PROPERTIES AS SET FORTH IN TH
ROLL; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, on August 17, 1993, pursuant to Chapter 1-13.5
Code of Ordinances (the "Code"), the Board of County Commissione
Florida (the "Board") adopted Resolution No. 93-096 which initially der
