by law and all costs of this attion accruing subsequent to
this 3udgment are not paid within three (3) days from this
date, the Clerk of this Court shall sell the property at pub-
lic sale on , 1977, between /~:Q~9+~1th i- a~OG ~''/LJ ,
to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth below,
at the / door of the Court House in St. Lucie County,
Fort Pferce, Florida, in accordance with F. S. 45.031.
4. The Court finds the mc>rtgage which is the subject
matter of this action has been assigned to D. C. WHITCOI~
and ODA WHITCOMB, his wife, by Assignment of Mortgage dated
the 21st day of March, 1977, said Assignment being executed -
by DOYLE WISE and SARA A. WISE, his wife, and assigning
that certain mortgage recorded in Official Record Book 206,
page 2553, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

upon the Assignment of Mortgage herein.
5. Plaintiffs shall advance all subseq_uent costs of
' this action, and shall,be reimbursed for them by the Clerk

~ sale. If plaintiffs are the purchasers, the Clerk shall credit
~ plaintiffs' bid with the total sun with interest and costs

6. On filing the certificate of title the Clerk sha1Z
distribute the proceeds of the sale, as far as they are suf- ~
ficient, by paying: first, all of plaintiffs' costs; second,
~ documentary stamps affixed to the certificate; third, plain-
~ tiffs' attorneys' fees; fourth, the total sum due to plain- ~

~ tiffs less the items paid plus interest at the rate prescribed ~
by law from this date to the date of the sale; and by retaining !
