and ELEANOR M. GUETTLER, his wife; VINCENT G. GUETTLER, individuaZly and
as the husband of LILLIAN M. GUFTTLER, and LILLIAN M. GUETTLER, individually
and as the wife of VINCENT G. GUETTLER, bearing the date of May 3, 1972,
recorded in Official Record Book 202, paqe 35, in the office of the Clerk
of Circuit~Court af St. Lucie County, State of Florida, securing a certain
note in the principal s~m of THIRTY-ONE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY AND
NO/100 DOLLARS ($31,950.00) and certain promises and obligations set forth ~
in said mortgage deed, upon the property situate in said State and County
as follows, to-wit:
Lots 11, 14 and 25, Black 1 of McNURLEN FARMS, as
per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 4, at page
56 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.

hereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of said note and mort-
qage deed, and surrender the came as cancelled, and hereby direct the
Clerk of Circuit Court to cancel the same of record. . ~
