to secure the above mentiorted note, a mortgage on the following described premises,

and the NW~t of the NE~t of Section 24, Township 35 South, Range 38 East,
all lying and beinq in St: Lucie County, Florida -
abave mortgage recorded in O R Book 245 page 2213 public records

AND WHEREAS. the said party of the first part is now the holder of said note and
morigage and the said parties of the second part are now the owners of the said i

NOW THEREFORE, Lhe said parties hereta, for themselves and lheir assigns, ~
• hereby mutually agree that the time for the payment ef the unpaid balance ;
