FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cuase came on for trial the 24th day of May, 1977,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and the subject matter o€ this suit; that the relation of husband
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION: The marriage between DENNIS A. PADGETT
and JOANN PADGETT be and the same is hereby dissolved and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
' heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
~ 2. CUSTODY: Custody of JOHN PADGETT, YATES PADGETT and
~ STEPHANIE P.ADGETT, minoz children of the parties, is hereby awarded
to DENNIS A. PADGETT, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to
JOANN PADGETT. In the event that Che parties are unable to determine
between themselves a schedule of reasonable visitation, then in that
event, the Wife shall commencing the~~day of , A. D.,
1977, have temporary custody of Che minor chi ren on alternate week-
ends from Friday afternoon when school Iets out to Sunday at 7:00 p.m.;

~ when school is not in session, the Wife shall have the right to keep ~

the minor children with her on alternate weekends until 11:00 p.m. on
Sunday, and additionally, she shall have the right to have the minor
children with her one day per week from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 p. m.
