with Chriatmas, 1977. the Husband shall have the right to the children
for the first week of the Christmas Holidays, and the Wite shall have
the right to have the children for the second week of the Holidays
it being the Court's intention that Christmas. 1977, be apent with the
Husband, and New Years Day, 1978~ be spent with the Wife, and each
year thereafter the parties shall alternate Holidays.
The children are not to be removed from the 19th Judicial
Circuit without the written consent of the other party or an Order
issued by this Court after notice of hearing thereof served upon the
other party.
3. REAL ESTATE: The Husband and the minor children shall
have the right to use and have possession of the marital dwelling
located at 1309 Parkland Blvd., St. Lucie County, Florida, until'

such time as all of the children reach majority, marry, or become
self-supporting;~said property being further described as follows,
to-wit.
Lots 4 and 5, Block 22, Unit 2,
RIVERDALE YACHT CLUB ESTATES, as
per plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 6, Page 40 and 41, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. .
~ The Wife shall deliver possession of the marital home and furnishings
~ to the Husband within five (5) days from date of the signing of this

~ Final Judgment. DENNIS A. PADGETT is hereby ordered to make the monthly
~ mortgage payments applicable to the marital dwelling hereinabove described

~ and to make said payments when they become due and before they become
delinquent and to pay all of the taxes, special assessments, and
insurance thereon. Additionally, the Husband shall be required to
maintain the marital dwelling and pay all recurring monthly expenses

incidental thereto. `
Prior to all children having reached majority, marrying or
becoming self-supporting, title to the above-described property shall
~ not be transferred or further encumbered by either party without
