4. PERSONAL PROPERTY: The following personal property

In dividing the 25,000 pennies in the penny collection,~the
parties shall do so by weight and without regard to the value of any
individual coin and in the event that the parties-are not able Co

amicably divide the pennies equally between themselves, then their
respective attorneys shall do so withou~...regard to the individual value
of any particular coin. All of the remaining personal peroperty
acquired by the parties during the course of their marriage shall
remain in joint names and shall remain in the marital home. Title thereto
shall not be transferred or further encumbered by either party without
the written consent of the other party or prior Court Order after notice

5. DEBTS: The Husband shall be required to pay the following
debts within six months from the date of this Final Judgment:
I (a) Dr. Tingle's bill $140.00
~ (b) L& M Sheet Metal bill $20.00

` 6. REHABILITATIVE ALIMONY: The Wife, JOANN PAUGETT is
hereby awarded rehabilitative alimony in the amount of $50.00 per

week starting on the l% day of ~ , A. D., 1977, and
continuing each week thereafter f a period of fifty-two (52) weeks.
7. COSTS AND ATTORNEYS FEES: The Court determines the 4
sum of $1,500.00 to be a reasonable fee for the Wife's attorney for ?
