WILLES. 8. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties are hereby enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harrassing or annoying the other. 9. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of.this cause and the parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further Orders as may be proper. Future jurisdiction may be invoked by mailing a copy of any future pleading shail be mailed by certified maiZ, return receipt requested, addressee onZy, to said party, and shall allow forty (40) days from the mailing date thereof in which to file a responsive pleading. This Final Judgment shall constitute a merger of all previous Orders of this Court which shall be merged in this Final Judgment and shall not independently survive this Final Judgment Dissolution of Marriage.
