FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 27th day of May, 1977,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and defiermines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and
Wife now exists between the parties; that the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
It is, therefore, ORDERED as follows:
1. The marrfage between GERALD JAMES and GERTRUDE JAMES
be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of
them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore

; existing between them and frocn the obligations arising therefrom.

g 2. Commencing June 1, 1977, GERALD JAMES shall pay to
~ GERTRUDE JAMES the sum of $50 each and every week for 260 weeks
(five years) as rehabilitative alimony.

Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
by him remitted promptly to GERTRUDE JAMES. In addition there is hereby
assessed the sum of $1 as statutory costs to be added to each payment
made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order,
~ or cashier's eheck. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the

~ Clerk of this Court advised of their taailing and residence addresses
~
at all times while this order is in effect.
3. The Court detercnines the sum of $650 to be a reasonable ~
fee for the Wife's attorneys for their services herein, in addition ~
