ORDER
MODIFYING C~~LD CUSTODY
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard before me on the 24 day
of May, 1977 upon the Petition for Modification of child cust-
ody filed herein by the Husband, CHARLES SHEPARD. Both parties
appeared before the Court and were represented by counsel. The
Court heard the testimony of the Husband, and the testimony of
the Wife and the testimony of witnesses for the Husb~and. The
_ Court also heard the argument of counsel on behalf of the parties.
Havin~ qiven full consideration to all of the evidence and being
otherwise duly advised in the premises~ this Court finds and
` determines that there has not been a material, substantial change

~ in the circumstances of the parties since July 6, 1976. It is
~ thereupon~

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
1. The Husband's petition for modification of child cust-
ody is hereby denied.
2. Since the Wife has moved witY~ the children to Tallaha-
ssee, Florida, in order to facilitate the Husband's exercise of
his reasonable visitation privileges, they shall consitst of the
~
following:
~ a. The Husband shall have the children continuously from
12:00 noon, July 15 through 12:00 noon~ August 15, each and every
year, commencing with the year 1977.
