FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
- This action came on for hearing on the ~day of
, 1977, and the Court, having given full considera-
on to all of the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has
jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this action;
that the relationship of husband and wife now exists between the
petitioner and respondent and their marriage is irretrievabZy broken.

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the Peri-

~ tioner, BARBARA LYNN CRUPPER, and the Respondent, DONALD WAYNE CRUPPER,
~
~ be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them
are forever freed from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. AGREEMENT. The separation and property settlement agree-
ment executed by the parties on the 16th day of May, 1977, was freely
entered into by the parties after a full disclosure and under the
circumstances that appear from the evidence to be for the best interest
_ of the parties; and in its entirety, the agreement is incorporated
~ by reference into this judgment, and the parties are ordered to comply
~ with all terms of the agreement.
~ 3. CUSTODY AND SUPPORT. The wife, BARBARA LYNN CRUPPER,
shall have the permanent care, custody and control of the minor children
