ORDER OF CONTEMPT
This cause having come to be heard on the 23rd day of May,
1977, on the Motion of Mildred Pratt, to hold Willie Pratt, Jr.,
in contempt of Court, and the Court being fully advised in the
premises, it is thereupon
ORDER~D AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
1. That the former Husband, Willie Pratt, Jr., is hereby
found to be in contempt of Final Judgment entered previously herein
t.
together with the Ratification of the Agreement for Modification
entered herein on December 2~, 1976, by failing to pay the mortgage
Qayments due and payable to Eagle Finance and by failing to pay
~
the child support payments required by this Court. '
2. The former Husband, Willie Pratt, Jr., owes the former
Wife, Mildred Pratt, the sum of $ 2,428.33 which was exnended -
~ by the former wife to payoff the delinquent mortgage with Eagle
~ ~
Finance, together with the sum of $ 2 0.00 which represents ~
~ ~
delinquent child support due and owing by the former Husband from ~
~ ;
December 22, 1976, to the date of the hearing held herein, for a ~

total sum due and owing to the former Wife, Mildred Pratt, for ;
delinquent child support and mortgage payments of $ 2,638.33 f
~
and the former Husband, Willie Pratt, Jr., is hereby ordered to =

oayoff the aforesaid delinquency by paying the sum of $50.00 a ~

f
week through the Clerk of the Circuit Court commencing on the
day which regular child support payments are next due and payable,
~
~ and which sum is to be paid in addition to the regular child
~

~ of the Circuit Court as particularly specified in the Final :

Judgment Dissolution of Marriage.
