THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the 23d day of May, 1977,-
upon a Clarification of Support Payments filed herein by the
petitioner. Both parties appeared with their respective counsel
and after hearing arguments of counsel, the Court finds and determines:

husband is in arrears in child support payments in the amount of
5233.~; and that the husband is in arrears in the amo~nt of ~~SOOL00
for attorney~s fees. And the Eourt being otherwise advised in the
premises, it is thereupon,
ORDERED AND AUTUDGED as follows:
1. That beginning May 27, 1977, and each week thereafter, the
husband shall pay to the wife =50.00 per week for child support as

~ 2. That the husband shall pay in addition to the above, ~5.00
~ per week until said arrearages for child support are paid in full.

The husban~ shall pay to the Clerk of this Court the sum
of Fifty-five Dollars (*55.00) per week, each and every week hereafter
for the support of the minor children herein until said arrearages
are paid and t~he~eafter Fifty Dollars (~50.00) per week for child
support, all of which will be promptly remitted by the Clerk. In ~

addition~thereto, is hereby assessed thessum of ~1.00 as costs to ~

~ be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be ~

in cash, money order or cashier's check. The parties hereto are ~

~ hereby ordered to keep the Clerk advised of their mailing and residence ~

~ addresses at all times while this order is in effect. ~

3. That the husband shall pay the remainder of the attorney's ~

fees in the amount of Three Hundred Dollars (~300.00) plus costs in ~

the amoiint of Thirty two Dollars and fifty cents ($32.50) as per ~

Final Judgment dated March 28, 1977, within sixty (60) days of the
