FINAL JUDGI~lENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 2nd day of June, 1977, and the
Court havinq given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter
of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the
parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken
and should be dissolved. It i~ thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJt1DGED as follows:
1. The marriage between ANDREW J. DENTON and GLADYS B. DENTON
be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of theia are
~ hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
~ them and from the obligations arisiny therefrom.
2. Comn?encinq Monday, June 6, 1977 ANDREW J. DENTON shall pay
,
to GLADYS B. DENTON the sum of $50 each and every week for a period of 29 full
months as rehabilitative alimony.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by
him remitted promptly to GLADYS B. DENTON. In addition there is hereby
~ assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made
to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's
~ check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised
~
~ of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this order is in
~ -
effect. '
