for the services of the Plaintiff's attorneys herein, together with
all costs of this suit which to date amount to $./C 3,10 , an3 the
Plaintiff is additionally entitled to recover interest at the
statutory rate of 68 per annum from the date hereof to the date of
sale.
6. That by virtue of the mortgage described in the Complaint,
the Plaintiff has a valid first lien upon the said mortgaged property
situated, lying and beinq in the County of St. Lucie , the Sfate of
Florida, beinq more particularly described as follows:
Lot 233 SHERATON PLAZA, UNIT #3 as per plat
thereof on file in Plat Book 16 at page 12 of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ,
7. If the total sum with interest at the rate prescribed by
law and all costs of this action accruing subsequent to this judgment
are not paid within three days from this date, the Clerk of this Court
shall sell the property at Public Sale to the highest bidder for ca'sh,
free, clear and discharqed of and from any and all claims, liens,
encumbrances, rights and equity 3.n interest of the said Defendant s
DAN MILLER and HENRIETTA MILLER, ~ which sale shall
be held by the Clerk of this Court on , the sa~ay of
