THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the 23d day of May, 1977,
upon a Motion for Order of Contempt filed herein by the wife and
directed to the husband for failing or otherwise refusing to comply
with the temporary Order of this Court dated February 25, 197?•
Both parties having appeared, the wife with counsel and the husband,
pro se. And the CoLirt having heard arguments from both parties,
finds and determines: That the husband is in contempt of this Court
for being delinquent in his payments for child support, together
with temporary attorney's fees. And the Court being otherwise advised
in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That the husba~nd is hereby sentenced to thirty (30) days
in the county ~ail of Saint Lucie County, Florida, and that the
' husband may purge himself by paying the total arrears wYii~?~ A~~,~r±~

E to~~'vo Hundred twenty-nine Dollars (=229.00) within 30 days from

~ the date of this Order.
2. That further, the husband shall pay to the wife's attorney
One Hundred Dollars($100.00) as tempo~ary:attorne~r~s ~~ees within
30 days ~~rem '~he date of this Order.
3. That on default of the above provisions, the Sheriff of

Saint Lucie County is hereby ordered to take the husband into
cuatody and incarcerate him for the above stated time upon an
~ Order of this Court based upon an affidavit of the wife that the

~ husband is in default of these prov~.sions.

~ 4. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto, is
~ retained for such further orders as this Court may deem proper.
