line of the North St. Lucie River Drainage DistriCt right of way, thence continue
North 89° 53' 02" West 260.99 feet, thence run North 218.59 feet, thence run South
89° 23' 30" East 50.32 feet, thence run South 00° 04' 31" East 68.16 feet, thence
run South 89° 53' 02" East 210.58 feet to the vesterly right of way line of said
drainage district right of way, thence continue South 89° 53' 02" East 70.0 feet
to the point of beginning, less right of way for U. S. Highwaq No. 1 and less right
of way for canal of the North St. Lucie River Drainage District, containing 0.98
acres, more or less. "
