THIS AGREEINENT. mada the 2nd daY of June, 197? , between the SUN BANK
OF ST. LUC1B COUNTY, A Flcrida Bankit~g Corporadon,
party of the flrst part, and
John c. scott, Jr. s triarv crav scott. i~ ~,if~ , Pat'ties of the eeccnd part;
WITNESSETH. WHEREAS. the said parties of the secoad part executed n certain
promissory note dated 3T34~~ , whereby they pmmised to pay to the
SUN BANK OF ST . LUCifi OOUNTY, party of the first part, un order the sum of
Thirty-thousand-and-no/100-------------dollars
the flrst payment ooming due~~~~g~d
Interest at Per annum
WHEREAS, the parties of the second part executed to the party of the $rst part, to
secure the above me~tioned note, a mortgage on the fc:llowing described prerbises.

Section 14, ~ownship 35 South., Ranqe 40 East; _
AND
The North 258.72 feet of the South 496.98 feet of that part of Government Lot 4,
in Section 15, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, lying east of the Riqht-of-way
of Florida East Coast Railway Company, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

AND WHEREAS. the said party cf the first part is now the holder ~f said note ~~nd
mertgage and the said parties of the secon~ part are naa+ the owners of the said
mcrtgaged premises,
~ NOW THEREFORE, the Baid parties hereto, for themselves and their assigns, hereby
rnutually agree that the tune for the payment of the unpaid-balance of ~~n~ ~nn nn
due ~n said note be. and the same is hereby extended to be paid in the follawing manner:
530,000.00 due Auqust 24, 1977 with interest at 9~S$ per annum.
It being expressly utiderstood ~nd aqreed that the said Mortgage shall remain in
~ full force and effect in all respects as if the aaid payments had orlginally been
~ paid as provided for in the original nvte, and that nothing herein shall eifect or
~ impair aay rights and pawers which the szid party of the Srst part may have thereunder
~ for the recovery of the said MortFage Debt with interest in the case of non-fulfillment
~ of this agreement .
