EXTBNSION AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMEIVT. made the 2ad day of Junes 197? , between the SUN BANK
OF ST . LUCIB COUNTY. A F1erlda Banking Corporatlon, party of the 5rat part, and
Jonn c. Scott, Jr. & Mary Gray Scott, his wife . Parties of the second part:

WITNESSETH. WHEREAS, the said parties of the seconci par! executed a certain
promissory note dated March 7, 1975 , whereby they promised to pay to the
SUN BANK OF ST . LUQB OOUNTY, party of the Srst part, ~r order the sum of
Six-thousand-and-no/100-------------dollars
the Srst payment coming due r~ovea~r 24, 1975.
Interest at 9~~ pez annum
WHEREAS, the parties of the second part ~acecuted to the party of the Srst part, to
~ecure the above menHoned note, a mortgaqe on the f~llowing deacribed premises,

in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
AND WHEREAS. the said party cf the first part is naav the holder of said note and
mortgage and the said parties of the second part are naw the owners of the said
mcrtgaged premises ,
NOW THEREFORE. the said parties hereto, for themselves and their assigns, hereby
mutually agree that the time for the payment of the unpaid b~ance of ~ O~n_ nR
due on said note be, and the same is hereby extended to be paid in the follawing tna.n~ner:
56,000.00 due August 24, 1977 with interest at 9~$ per annum.
It being expressiy understood and aqreed that the said Mortgage shall remain in
full force and effect in all respects as if the said payments had originally been
paid as provided for in the ori~inal note, and that nathing herein shall effect or
impair any rights and pawers which the said party of the $rst p~.rt may have thereunder
for the recovery of the said Mort~age Debt with interest in the case of non-fulfillment
of this agreement .
