appeared RICHARD A. WURST and LOUISE M. WURST, his wife. who, after
being duly sworn, depose and say:
1. That they are the owners of the following described
property:

. SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 10,
Page 9. of the Public Kecords of ~t.
Lucie County, Florida.
2. That there are no mechanic's liens against the premises
and no claims for labor, services or materials furnished for

improving the premises that remain unpaid to date and that no work
has been done nor materials furnished, bills for which remain unpaid.
3. That the propertq is unencumbered by the lien of any 2
judgment, writ or attachment; income tax or intangible property tax
made or suffered by the affiants.
! 4. That there are no violations of zoning ordinances affecting

~ the above-described property; that affiants are in possession of the

5. That affaints make this affidavit well knowing that ,
it is being relied upon and that any false statements contained in

it would sub~ect affiants to all penalties imposed by law. -
