T~is cause cominq on to be heard upon the Petitioner-Wife's Motion to
set the amount and conditions of a supersedeas bond, and it appearing to the
Court that the Petitioner-Wife has filed a Notice of Appeal fron portions of
the Final Judgment, Dissolution of Marriage, entered herein on June 3, 1977
and after argument of c~ounsel for the respective parties, and the Court being ,

fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the supersedeas bond to be filed by Petitioner-
Wife is hereby set in the sum of $~~Q(}.C ~ conditioned as required by
law and to be approved by the Clerk of this Court.
