This cause came on for trial the 27th day of May, 1977, ;
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidencei,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the partie~

and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband ;
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be i
~
dissolved. It is thereupon ;
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: -
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between
~ FRANRLES PINDER, Wife, and THOMAS W. PINDER, Husband, be and _

~ the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them

{ ~ are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore `

existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.

~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of NIELVINA D. PINDER, ERIC J. PINDER,'
CYNTHIA *~I. PI:~TDER, and CEDRICK A. PINDER, minor children of the ;
parties, is hereby awarded to the Wife, FRANKLES PINDER, with
reasonable visitation rights reserved to the Husband, THOMAS W.
PINDER.
3. SUPPOP.T. Commencing the lst day of June
~ 1977, the Husband, Thomas W. Pinder, shall pay to the Wife, ~

Frankles Pinder, the sum of Twelve and 50/100 Dollars ($12.50)
per week, per child, for a total sum of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) :
per week, for the support of the children named above.
