This cause came on for final hearing the 3rd day of ,Tune, 1977,
and the Court havine eiven full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has 3urisdictian of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is, _
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows :
1. DISSOT~JTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between DONALD W.
i WARD and ALTHEA CEAL WARD be, and the same is hereby dissolved, and

the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed fran the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obliga-
tions arising therefrom.
NE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, this
day of June, 1977.
