Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and ;
by~him remitted promptly to the Wife, NOUR M. SHERIF. In }

addition there is hereby a8sessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory ;

costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All pay-
ments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier•s check. `

~ Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court ~
advised of their mailinq and residence addresses at all times '
while this order is in effect. ,
4. PROPERTY. The Separation and Property Settlement ;
Aqreement admitted i.nto evidence is hereby incorporated herein ~

• by reference and the parties are ordered to comply with the pro-!
visions thereof. ~

S. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of Four
Hundred Dollars ($400.00) to be reasvnable for the wife's
attorney for his services herein, and the Husband, OSAMA M.
SHERIF, is ordered to pay said attorney said sum together with
costs herein assessed at Thirty-two and 50/100 Dol ars ($32.50).:•

/ 6. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby :
enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or
annoying, the other. ~
7. JURISDICTIO~~. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further ~
orders as may be proper.
