THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 16th day of May, 1977 and
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife
now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and `should be dissolved. It is,
thereupon ~ •
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
! 1. The marriage between RICHARD FRANK WOLF and KAREN RAE
i
~ WOLF be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each
~
~ of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony ~
~
~ heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
2. Custody of LISA GAIL WOLF, one_of the minor children of
the parties, is hereby awarded to KARE~1 RAE WOLF, with reasonable
visitation rights reserved to RICHARD FRANK WOLF.
~ 3. Custody of CHARLES RICY.ARD WOLF, one of the minor children
~ of the parties, is hereby awarded to RICHARD FRANK WOLF, with
~
~ reasonable visitation rights reserved to KAREN RAE WOLF.
~ 4. Commencing on the 23rd day of May, 1977, RICHARD FRANK
~ WOLF shall pay to KAREN RAE WOLF the sum of $130.00 each and every
~
month for the support of LISA GAIL WOLF.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by

him remitted promptly to KAREN RAE WOLF. In addition there is
~ hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to
